There are over 800 people in North East Mississippi that play tennis all year long. Ages range from under 10 years old to over 70 years old. A tennis coordinator for your areas will email or call you back with information aboutFamily Tennis Events, Try Tennis Days, Tennis Carnivals, groups that play weekly at the park, traveling and non-traveling leagues, clinics, lessons, etc. Many of these events are free. If you are under 18 please ask your parent to contact us.

North East Mississippi Tennis Association has received a grant this year from USTA to help us teach children and adults how to play tennis at a reduced cost. For the first time ever, tennis lessons will be available in all 10 counties in our area!
There will be lessons for kids ages 10 and under with smaller nets and courts to help them learn faster. The cost is $45.00 for 6 weeks of lessons.
For children ages 11-17 there will be 6 week lessons followed by a mini league between the other beginner players. The cost is $20.00 for the lessons and $22.00 for the league.
Adults that join USTA for the first time for the cost of $48.00 will receive 6 weeks of free lessons and 6 practice matches with the other beginner players.
Several counties will be offering a Beginner Ladies Non Traveling League that meets once a week at the same location for competitive play with other new players. The cost is 2 cans of balls for 8 weeks of fun.
For anyone that already has tennis experience but would like to play more we have a Junior League and an Adult League.
